Received the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (IKSV) Fellowship | 2018 

The fellowship was a competitive grant awarded to a select group of graduate and undergraduate architecture students, chosen among an international pool of applicants. The grant consisted of attendance costs to the 16th Venice Architecture Biennale and transportation and living expenses in Venice, worth €2,000.

The Tales Project, Victoria Lightman | 2018 

Collaborated with Houston based art collector Victoria Lightman, along with eight other selected students under the supervision of Karin Broker, to design and produce prints for an original book of illustrated stories. The limited-edition book, “Tales: Some True Some Not” was bought by Rice University Fondren Library and is currently preserved in the library’s print collection.

Developed a new concept for a children’s playground during an internship with Superpool | 2018

Developed a new concept for a children’s playground which was to be built on a steep site. My design was chosen by the client as one of the two concepts to be improved.

Designed lighting apparatus for a Tech Company’s Head office building during an internship with Erginoglu&Calislar Architects | 2017

Two lighting apparatus designs were bought by Yemeksepeti, a large Turkish food distributor.


16th Venice Architecture Biennale, the Turkish Pavilion | 2018

Participant: Attended a number of round table discussions with prominent academics and architects. Attended workshops and worked on that year’s project that was exhibited at the pavilion.
